Today, I gave a training on datasets which can be used in LS analytics. It reminded me of the good old days (of course when I was working at Pharmarc, and used to give similar trainings on datasets with VP). Analytics is so close to my heart, that I could still remember most of the stuff and could even answer queries of participants. It was a nice change!!
For those who dont know which datasets are available:
There are 5 category of datasets:
- Sales / Volume Data: provided by IMS, DDD
- Prescription Data: NPA, NDTI, IMS xponent
- Promotional Spent: CAM, Jigsaw,
- Patient Level Data: NDC, Premier, Verispan, Cerner
- Managed Care: IMS xponent, i3 magnify
Seems to be lot.
